SERVANTS WHO BECOME LEADERS
St. Luke 16:12; if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man’s, who shall give you that which is your own?
Amplified version: If you have not proved faithful in that which belongs to another, whether God or man, who will give you that which is your own, that is the true riches?
Joshua 1:9; “Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the lord thy god is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”
“Leadership is action, not position”
Leaders must understand that if you find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere.
Leaders are individual who work hard on being discipline and is committed to their assignment. Leaders are loyal to their leaders.
Leaders must also understand that you can fail so very often, but you are not a failure until you give up. Therefore failure in ministry is not necessarily when things don’t work out like you plan, but is when one give up from pursuing the plan.
Our greatest glory consists not in ever falling, but in rising every time we fail. If you really want to fail in ministry then just try to please everyone.
Will a man rob God and himself?
